General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to the participants of the 'Primal Journey' who are guided by Paul. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to clearly and transparently define the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

By participating in the Primal Journey, you agree to these terms.

1. Registration and confirmation

Participation in the Primal Journey is only possible after receipt of a deposit or full payment. The participant will receive a written confirmation of the registration by e-mail.

2. Cancellation and refund:

• Cancellation by the participant is possible free of charge up to 30 days before the start date of the Primal Journey.
• Cancellation within 30 days before the start date, the participant will receive 50% of the total amount back.

3. Liability

Participation is entirely at your own risk. Paul is not liable for any damage, injury or loss incurred during the Primal Quest or Primal Journey.

4. Health and safety

• Participants are required to disclose any health or medical conditions prior to the Primal Journey.
• Paul reserves the right to refuse participation if health risks are identified.

5. Confidentiality

• Participants are free to share their experiences during the Primal Quest and Primal Journey with others.
• Paul will treat all personal information and conversations confidentially and will not share them with third parties unless the participant gives permission or when this is legally required.

6. Change of sessions

• Sessions of the Primal Journey may be changed without obligation up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Changes on the day of the session can only be discussed in consultation. If a session cannot be changed on the day itself, it cannot be made up.
• Sessions that fall outside the agreed end date of the Primal Journey are not valid.
